May 2013
It feels quite numb
An incomplete moment
A recollection of a breath upon my skin
Makes me smile
As still the tears are rolling down my cheeks
Hold on fast to the dream that flows from desires
That stem from hearts
Misted only by ivory towers
Feeling numb
Has become
My new way of handling tomorrow
The only way in which
I've learnt to hold up my head
And smile at the sun
Which often times
Threatens to scorched my very existence
