Past, Present, Future

by @hannah-m

Stop dwelling on the past Nothing you say or do Can change what has already Happened Stop fearing the future There is no reason to fight Or worry about what has Yet to come Rather focus on the present Take the note of the little things Make the most of Today For dwelling on the past Only brings regret And pain And hurt And fearing the future Brings anxiety And uncertainty And doubt
