We drank, the alcohol burning our throats and our veins. We smoked, the nicotine fogging our minds and our hurt. We acted as though we ruled the world, we were young and reckless, we thought time had nothing on our youth, we thought ourselves immortal and invincible. We cut, the blood staining our skin and our lives.
