Deep breaths, relax, be at ease,
close your eyes and sigh a relief,
for the day has passed and you were in it,
it gets better tomorrow, you best believe it

But the nights are a bit longer,
even if you’re already at peace,
because once the voices you hear are gone,
what's left is silence, the loudest sound.
Isn’t it weird that silence means no sound but somehow I can hear it the loudest.
