We were born
Somehow torn
Given a name
Which was not the same
Baptised against your wishes
Losing your own wishes
We were born
Faraway from the norm
Taught to obey
And not to have a say
We were theirs
Later heirs
We carry their names
Lost in their maze.
We are the past
Which runs too fast
Who am I?
Nothing but a lie.
