For nine moons and more,
This umbilical connected us,
You, I worshipped with heavenly adore,
Yet, our ways must part thus;

And you must find it,
In your beautiful heart,
Not to feel envy's heat,
But to welcome this new start;

I am a man now,
With a beautiful wife,
A girl and boy,
I'll turn forty in this life,
I, no longer, am your very good toy.
Many mothers find it extremely hard to let go of their sons, even after these boys get married, have children and grey hair!

Mothers, we love you, but we have our own lives to lead now.
