Because they’re so tootie fruity
Unlike the Blowfish and Hootie
They continue to shirk their duty
By kissing the President’s *****
They adhere to their oaths so sparsely
That history will judge them harshly
Like a dinner consisting of only parsley
Their offices are like a farce, see

How do they sleep with themselves
While acting like Santa Claus elves
Their courage is left on their shelves
While the President plays the twelves
Which used to be known as the dozens
They act as if they’re his first cousins
A Christ like figure he wasn’t
Because forgive is something he doesn’t

Have they forgotten how to stand tall?
For the President they’ll take the fall?
Don’t they hear the clarion call?
Guess they have no shame at all!
With a President that overreaches
The Constitution beseeches
A Congress that impeaches
For the lesson that it teaches

He’s been an errant tap dancer
Who’s metastasized like some kind of cancer
So impeachment was the only answer
Why should we take a chance, er
And just let him have his say
Like what is the law anyway
So what he did wasn't okay
But even still he holds sway
