Richard drove to Parker Street
He parked in front of the house
Where he once lived with Sandy
Back when they were in love
Two so together they glowed
It was the best of times
Until it ended
He couldn’t commit
So she left, just split
She found another, married him
Richard weeps for what he has lost
He looks at the house one last time
Then starts the car, and takes off
