i love the rain
i always have
it makes me happy
when others are sad

i love the sound
it is a tell
of rain drops filling all the well's

i love the smell

it's the earth steaming
from the swell

the rain is awesome
don't you think
it washes away..all the stink

people wish ...the rain would stay
away at least another day

i for one...say let it come
and split the time between the sun

i love the rain its obvious
it brings out the kid ..in all of us

we walk in the rain
and play in her puddles
if it rains hard
it makes big mud holes

can you hear the rain..on the roof
