Wednesday
Sinking through
Apple stew
Sticky, smells
of sweet ground dew
In twice, once now
and once again
Beneath my jersey
bra and skin
Burning softly,
like a tepid sun
A downcast look
street tears now run
Sadness cures madness
now wrapped in eyes
the looking glass facing in
finger taps and sighs.
