You're free they say he's gone for good.
Reliving the pain will you do you no good.
You don't have to fear him now that he's gone.
His life is over, and your life is long.
I can't stop the nightmares that go back to the day.
Where my favorite uncle took my childhood away.
Shhh keep it a secret to protect this man,
if only as parents they did what they can.
No they were Drinkers, and our life was wild.
So today I mourn him not him but the loss of a child.
