we're all different,
sort of like flowers.

there's dandelions,
roses,
carnations,
tulips,
sunflowers.

but most of all,
i think i resemble
the wallflower.

quiet,
secretive,
hidden
in the shadows.

but i know
something
they don't:

the quiet ones
are the ones
that always
have the most
to say.
