Forget me not for I was your flower
I started a seed
About as little as my hope for this
It’s Miniscule truly, but it didn’t stay that way
I was planted in the finest soil
Enriched in others expectations and your name
I slowly became a seedling
Watered in tears that fell from his last I love you and hope that this time there is never a last
I am sprouting
For the sun shone as bright as your eyes and as bright as my smile when you said yes
I am blooming
As I was plucked by you with the bright eyes who put me in a vase
I’m just happy to have a place to call home
Waved goodbye to my roots
And thanked the soil,
The sun
And the rain
It’s truly unimaginable
I am withering
Its been a minute since you last changed the water
But I’m fine actually
I am parched and drowning at the same time
I’m dying
I’m being plucked
But my stems already been cut
Your playing she loves me not with my petals
So I suppose I've run out of luck
And I am barren so
Forget me not for I have already been forgotten
For I was your flower
And now  I am gone
