Hummingbird Heartbeat

every time you

touch me,

kiss me,

love me,

it feels

like the first

time.

with you

my stomach

turns into

a butterfly

garden,

my hands become

slick with sweat,

my eyes shimmer

and glow.

you make

me have a

hummingbird

heartbeat;

it races a million

beats, a gazillion

miles

per second;

travels all

across the states,

countries,

all around the

world and

skyrockets

through the

universe.
