I'm humble as a dove
I've been that all my life
I deserve better
Still the world never considered my efforts
It gave me storms
that tore my life up
The grounds attempted to swallow me whole but never succeeded
Suicide was always a breath away
I was trapped in a world I never had rent for
The more I saw the petals fall from the flower that I called life, I more I felt less alive
Days came and left without a goodbye
Skies lit with radiant beautiful rays and gave a sign that my time to shine would soon come
I sold no copies of my music at my teenage age and I felt like someone forcing the music but now the chance to turn tables around was here
The time to claim my seat
The time to shine like a star
The day for my name to be tattooed on the face of the earth
The time for books to write
about my fame and how I got there
The time to live my dream life
The time for you to hear my story
And to never judge your future from your past
The time for my face to cheer
And that time is now
