Mar 2013
I dreamt of a life where I could float
Forever, aimlessly in a vortex of nothing
All alone
Where thoughts run their course
And make me weak.

It's harder to laugh than it is to cry
So I break down and release
The easy way out
And all the shadows crawl out slowly
Whispering words that, too, make me weak.
Silence falls and the world goes blank.
I wake up
And do it all again.
