Right, alright
Let me sleep, through the night
Clouds, so high
Can they hear, my sigh?

Dream, I might
Of a sound, or sight
But where, do I find
Love, of a kind?

Fairytales, into dreams
Of movie-like, romantic scenes
Soft nothings, whispered
Gazes held, moments treasured.

And then, I may slip
Into the opposite, the flip
Emotions, bridled
Smiles, plastered.

Right, alright
Let me wake, to the light
Hopes, so high
Can they hear, my sigh?
