One day I came on a chariot,
my pockets stuffed with gold,
came around both young and old
wished me with glowing eyes
They praised my good fortune
I thanked Him for this day.

Next day I came on foot,
with bruises on my body.
Then there came nobody
cursed my misfortune and
I again bowed to Him gratefully.
