The wind wraps itself around the block of flats,
the rain hammers nails into the roof and the sky
is bruised black and blue.

What does that mean to the Queen?
she's done up in lace from Chantilly
and Phil, he
is sat in pyjamas and
thinks he's in the Bahamas,
what does that mean to me?

If it rains I'll get wet
if there's sun
I'll stay dry,
either or which way
I'll always get by.
