I rather like the idea
of me
sitting down here
quiet in thought.

I have ideas at times,
like
gripping the hands of the clock
and ticking off rhymes
picking off lines
believing
I am a ******,

I type a typo
but
it's no one I know
so
I have another go
and another and
I rather like that idea
of the end
never coming near

me sitting here
quiet in thought.
