Poems
Sep 2019
Inertia.
I opened the eyelids moistened in your longing,
with dry mouth and taste of desire.
That morning I woke up knowing that you
were getting further
and further
away.
At times I cursed the distance,
later I despised time
and from an hour to a minute
I ached for the seconds we lost.
