Collapsed collapsing
Untangling targets that
Temporarily strangle you
But it's nothing new
The noose is unwinding
Finding it's own timing
In order to recollect and recoil
Like a blind man
Boiling water for tea
Their are termites temporarily
Living in our bedrooms
Whenever we are done trying
To hide our wings
That brief moment when
We encounter beauty
That makes it all worthwhile
Like when a child
Unassumingly smiles
Directly at me
