Foolishly lonely

Maddeningly mad
--
We travel the years dragging
The chains of false lovers and false heroes
And
Rich angry men
--
Raked up leaves in the yard
To be burned
Into smoke for the wind
--
Foolishly lonely
Yet
Proud of our Lonliness
:
Foolishly
We yield to lovelessness
--
Come
It is a fairy tale day in reality
You don'y have to hide in the movie house
You
Can actually be free
Really there's millions of people like you
Such as me
--
And I really do mean what I say
