There is a town in County
Cork called Ovens, which
was Anglicised from Gaelic
words,  Na hUamhanna and
that means cinders or ashes.

One would have assumed
that is was the home of some
master baker from the Celtic
period of Finn Mac Cool and
the Fianna.
