I’ll never lust after another
Are we solitary
Or together
Beneath the surface
You accentuate my fear
Of failure
I seek medicine
You seek only despair
I seek comfort
But you’re never there
We are complacent
And that’s why
We never dare
To risk our selves
For love is rarely enough
Whenever a common language
Of trauma
Is the only thing
That two people may share
