I know you used to care
And so you used to love
But the waves of the world
Chained all your hopes.

It cannot be the same
It can be much better
Let the tears flow to the dawn
The sun will come with joy.

Am right behind you in the wind
Holding up your cheek
Tell me how much you are terrified
For I can see you leaping,
You may never make it the same way
You can make a change to count.

To count the sounds of heart vibrations
To cause your lips to litter fresh words of compassion
To sail your skin to touches of nature
