Nature is but a walk away when you look into my eyes
Pools of rain, my eyelids are, like clouds, "Do clouds cry?"
My heart is beating through my chest, for a mile, a highway
an ocean
Like that tree so tall and proud, I have my arms wide open
Listen to me call your name like the wind does every Morn'
That soft, feathery shallow voice, I try as might not to be torn
Have you followed me like the gooseflesh sprouting on my arms
so tender, and careful, through the dewy mountain cloth so worn
Gather me darling, sit by my side
Let me see into your golden eyes, I want to go outside
