Reining in the wandering and tying up at home
laying in the parlour talking to Madeleine on the phone,
she said,
you've got to stay in one place
and face each day as it comes
get to know your neighbours,
join a convent,
meet the nuns..

well
the last two lines I made up
because without make-up
I'm a man.
