Do you recall
The way it was before the fall
When the world was new
And the stars shone bright
Two lights to govern the day and night
Beneath the heavens
In the East thus made
A paradise with gold inlaid
To be the throne
That would carry the crown
All creation before bow down
That is, that was
And again it will be
Despite the fruit of that ancient tree
The fallen one
And our since fallen state
Yet one will come to change that fate
So hold out hope
Dear child remain true
For the one who saves has also saved you
