Years crumble
under today's
hot emotion
rage, origin unknown
new mask
presented
as defense or offense
no one remembers
slapped on the table
larger than years together
ignited with minute fuse
enough to dissolve love
enough to send him off
enough to leave her
basking in righteous
ideology and anger
loves crumble
spirit driven
like it was born
love birthed
out of thin air
crumbles
into thin air
years gone
in the flick
of time
