Of   all    the    things
I    needed   to   learn
        in   this  life,
that I am in right now
you  are   my  favorite,

because   you  are   as
gentle  as  a cloud but
you    love    with   the
     fury of a storm.  

And just like that, one
day  I  gave  up  on all
     of   my  excuses.
