I walk alone amidst the shadows
of a life which I thought it would
be bright once.
I speak loud into the cold silence
of this loneliness and all I get
back in return is the sound of
shattered dreams as I slowly fall
into pieces.
Where is the bright smile which
used to colour my eyes?
Where is the hope which gave
me strength to push forward?
Where are the hands which
would catch me into a tight
grip before I fall into the dark
vortex of oblivion?
Where are those eyes which
gave me strength to fight
against everything since the
moment I gave life to them?
Now all I have is my soul
wrapped within the veils of
darkness...
