Feb 2019
admiration thickens, when our minds are completely alienated
when our hearts understand each other in much deeper sense

dilating brown eyes were locked in,
the most beautiful part of my life, you.
simple perfection, you come as you are

but winds hit heavy,
fate wasn't on our side
caught us unready
unwritten rule mortals abide

Now it's nothing, lost love.

People tell me it's a sin
To know and feel too much within
I still believe she was my twin
But I lost the ring
She was born in spring
But I was born too late
Blame it on a simple twist of fate
