Silent screams from behind the glass
One wrong turn, going to fast
Tears rolling down your face
Filled with so much anger and disgrace
Feeling like I’m in a bad dream
Horrific nightmare taken to the extreme
Dark haze, but no sound to be heard
My soul is rising like a soaring bird
Flashing lights can be seen filling the air
Why me, why us, this doesn’t seem fair
Trying to blink my eyes and wake up from this dream
I can’t believe this is happening to me
Where am I going, who are you all?
Rolling me into a room, don’t let me fall
Tag my toe with my name
Laying on a cold metal bed frame
As for now, I’ll lay right here, scared, alone and in fear
I am gone, but I still feel here
Give my love and my heart, to my dear
I’m sorry for what I did, even if it wasn’t my fault
All of our lives, especially mine, has come to a halt
