It's stiff competition
Amids people
To do better,
To get much praise,
To fill their coffers.

No criticism.
It's their nature,
Their heritage.

But the doors
Have nothing to prove,
To receive.

Honestly, sincerely,
They accomplish their work;

No disparity they make
Between the king and the pauper.

Like the courtiers
They welcome us,
And keep us safe
By standing
Like the commandos.

No applause, no respect still;
I'm sorry for their life.

Today,
I wish to honour them,
And set up this as a custom.
