Jan 2013
The silence is humbled by the sounds of defeat,
and my knees collapse downward, lay square with my feet.
What used to hold your heart now wipe away tears.
What used to hold your hand now clutching my fears.
Like waves crashing tones that ring in my ear.
Your body so embodied by my desire for your near.
