the pupils of your eyes were like a void of star-less ebony,

overflowing with an immense amount of melancholy and sorrow.

yet the surrounding colourful irises would burst with passion and craze.

it was truly extraordinary.

you were always so soft spoken.

the words seeping out of your mouth like smooth silk,

and your lips twisting continuously like sweet licorice.

i remember the taste so vividly, as it danced on my tastebuds.

in result, i’ve soaked my entrance of speech and nutrition in bleach; to be rid of the cavities you’ve left behind.

there’s still remnants of sugar hidden within,

and it is so bittersweet.
