Dear Blessed Mother Mary
Give us, perpetual love.
Ask Christ to show his mercy,
Gentle Mother, peaceful dove.

Misfortunes and privations,
That we encounter in life;
Help us in these trying times
When we find them filled with strife.

Help us to know what to do,
So hardened our hearts won't be;
Show us how we are to love,
So we'll have hearts truly free.

We all have our sufferings,
Some draw us close to your Son.
The ones that we should accept,
