Bob Marley,  sung stand up for your rights.  So when it comes to people of color  wearing of their hair.  Does it affect the job required? If just your perspective.  We  saw a youth braids get cut cause the referee felt his power of deciding it.  But not once did his coach stand up for his rights.  Back bone many coaches have not.  Stand up requires back bone to be known.  We seek not attention but it does come to us.  Especially when you stand up.
