I feel you sink into bed
Right next to me.
I feel as you reach over to kiss me,
kiss me goodnight.

I feel as you slide under the covers
bringing your body close to mine.
I feel your warmth
colliding with mine.

I feel your eyes glance
up and down my body
As they settle in to close
I feel you.

I feel you here,
but only in my dreams.
I feel you darken the moonlight,
but it's only your shadow.

That's the only thing I feel tonight.
