Between the lines and letters,
lies the lies of liars past.
Invisible doctrines printed in their blood,
words not printed will fade fast.

Did the forefathers forbear an open mind?
Or did they ever question their own kind?

No, they fought for the freedom of all,
and I am sure if they saw us now,
close minded, case closed, decided,
they would probably take a final bow,
and toll the liberty bell,
before shooting themselves,
and ascending to high hell.
