The blood is
the ink of life
where the blueprint
and secrets of
life are hidden,
flowing in your
veins like  
tributaries running
throughout your body
distributing life giving
energy force in
your being.
Vitalising the whole
system with ions
of vibrational sublime
subtle expression,
so full of spirituality.
Take care of
your body,
it's the only place
you have to live.
Impact the world
with your presence,
and your essence.
Sow and leave your
fingerprint in the world.
Plant seeds that will
bring forth good fruits.
Nurture your body
with utmost care,
support it and
pamper it with
so much love.
Entertain your body
for it is the
only castle where
your soul dwells.
There is no other,
no none like it.
Soak it with
your meditations,
exercise your body,
as well as your mind.
Take in breaths of
fresh air and water.
Spend time out
in the sun during
the day and the
moon at night,
watching the stars
glitter in the galaxy,
take in the beauty
of nature in your life
and appreciate with
Thanksgiving all it
has offered you.
Be happy with yourself.
Find meaning and
purpose in this life.
Listen,watch and pray,
keep your eyes to
the heavens.
Feed your body with
nature's natural food.
You'll be so glad
you did too.
With your abilities and
talents leave a mark
to be remembered
when you are gone.
And at the end yield
yourself to the call
of the divine with
gladness in your heart.
