Early morning, you awake.
And wonder, if it was a mistake.
Your eyes says you're sleepy.
And your mind supports that view.
Still, you're awake in the darkness of the moning.

Your mind think of things you could do.
Except in this case, you're alone.
You wants to call someone to talk.
But in the darkness of the morning.
You're afraid.
But if you had your ways.
Well, I won't even say.

Soon, it will be daylight.
Or day break as some people like to say.
You just remember, the darkness of the morning.
When good thoughts were upon your mind.

But you were all alone.
