You say your right
But do we know?
Can we know?
With facts no stronger than twisted opinion

Is ignorance really so bad?
I rely on nothing
I claim knowledge over nothing
I truly wish to understand the unknown

Break out your facts
Teach me your beliefs
But I'll only listen to your acts
And by the end of your lecture I’d bet misinformation will only increase

Knowledge is power
Understanding is more
If we don't wish this to be our final hour
Then let's make this our new war

A war of global understanding
Attacking each other’s unknowns
Pursuing everyone until we all stand or fall, together

Differences give us strength
Unity gives us voice
A common goal gives us purpose
Yet the unknown gives us drive

What they don't know about us
What we don't know about them
There is so much to discuss
Only in our unity can our purpose thrum

Never say your right
Only say what you think
Pursue the unknown with all your might
Even if it pushes you to the brink

Our world doesn't need sheep
Nor does it need shepherds
It needs people
Willing to stand and find answers on their own.
