The courtship poems 2
Watching the
reflection of
the cantaloupe
melon moon in
your eyes,
I stumble for words
to find my
thoughts balance.
my heart reaching
to yours
to find meaning
in every breath
that I take.
it has taken
me so long
to wander
here to you,
and this
sudden awakening
of me.
I thought
I had lost
sight
of feelings
like this
long ago .
and then
you gently
surrender to
me again
andΒ Β again.
and time
loses meaning.
and without it
there is
only us.
and we become
children again
of these days.
first kisses and
****** passion
nights,
and so
many questions
lie
answered in
your eyes.
