First Love

You coax the stars from the heaven With your words so enticing You can make the saddest of days joyful With your laugh, so light and airy Your smile dims the sun's bright rays Your eyes so ever-changing stormy blue and emerald green They put Poseidon's realm to shame You carry my fragile heart so tender And ease all my pain You bring out the best in me
