DON'T BE DEFEATED
Where is your honor,
where is your faith.
Did your strength fail
or are you hiding
your face from shame.
Nothing much can be
done for anyone who
has lost the will to live.
When hope eludes you,
then death is eminent.
Do not be defeated
by the pesky unfortunate
circumstances popping
up here and there in
your life to harass
and disparage you.
You are not of the
down world but full of
zest and of life.
Hold on to your life
with so much love
and gentleness.
Your life is a gift,
cherish it.
It is a treasure worthy
to be guarded with might.
Honor it with dignity
and respect for you
are a unique blessing
to the world.
Never be untitled for
you are greater than
anything ever created.
Supernaturally superior
to anything in the universe.
Be glad that you are here
and all these too shall pass.
