Who's To Know
I'm not here to answer questions
When I have my own of wonder why's
And if I did I'd be purely guessing
Who gets to live verses who's to die
Could it be destiny that calls them
Or better yet, luck of the draw
Who has stood and who has fallen
And the meaning to it all
Answers we may never know
As the world tosses some to and fro
While just as easily
Leaves the rest alone
Some are history in the making
Some never get that far
Though their memories are well worth saving
Never forgetting who they were
And those of us left surviving
Has that to do because we're bullet proof
Or is it all in the timing
Who's to win and who's to lose
Answers we may never know
As the world tosses some to and fro
While just as easily
Leaves the rest alone
