Out
I always say
I need out
I need to go home.
Truth:
I don’t need home
I need anywhere but home
I need someone who loves me
Someone to hold me
Kiss me
Hug me
And tell me:
Everything will be ok.
In a way it does mean I need out.
I need out of my “home”
Out of my mom’s control
Out of my mom’s lies.
I just need
Out.
