Standing on the bridge
Looking down at the peaceful water
I wonder what it would feel like to free fall
The water filling my lungs
Infused in my hair
I raise my arms to the sides of me
I close my eyes
Down I fall

The water surrounds me
Enveloping me
Swirls through my fingers
Caresses me like a lover

But the water turns cold
Choking, coughing
Trying to swim to the surface
Clawing at the water
I need to breathe
I panic and freeze screaming for help

Just as i go over the damm
Peace cocoons me once again
I stop the fight and give in
Taking one last gulp of water
For Jenny~ suicide is an ugly thing
